Villaggio Sant' Antonio Hostel
High and low residental care facilities available for the frail and aged of all nationalities. 60 self care units available. There are also 8 residental respite places. Villaggio also offers a Day Care Program to provide respite for working carers who are caring for someone with dementia from 7am - 7pm daily. Meals are provided and clients are encouraged to participate in our activities program.

124 CAPS, including dedicated packages for muslim and chinese/vietnamese, 43 EACH packages including 12 IT EACH monitoring of chronic illness with IT (Telemed Care). 12 Dementia EACH. Support Veterans Home Care with respite and personal care and domestic assistance. Transitional Care has 15 residental and 20 community places: step down program for people who are coming out of hospital following an acute episode and require assistance and rehabilitation. CALD Overnight Respite O/N and day respite in the persons home. Sundowners program respite for carers during the evenings and Saturdays. Host day Care respite for carers caring for people with dementia. The person can access respite in a Host own home during the day targets working carers. Daybreak Program providing comprehensive support for working carers-includes assistance with transport for appointments, dietician and podiatrist.
TUGGERANONG
Community Programs
Provides information, support, advocacy, referral and case management services. Also provides co-ordination of services for people with a disability and the elderly and transport for people unable to access public transport. It offers a variety of programs for families, men and women, youth and social groups. Youth programs also run out of Tuggeranong Youth Centre and Weston Creek Community Centre (phone for details).
WESTON
Communities@Work - Weston Creek and Tuggeranong
Provide a wide range of HACC services for eligible people living in the Tuggeranong and Western Creek area. Case Coordination: This service provides assessment; care planning monitoring, support and one off information to the client group. Transport: to medical and social appointments for clients who are unable to use public transport. Centre Based Day care: provides a range of day activities for seniors to meet and make friends, join in activities and share meals together. A men's group is held at the Lanyon homestead each Thursday. Outside school hours care child care for school age children, upon enrolment discuss additional care needs with staff, Fun 4 Youth: provides after school care and holiday programs to young adolescents with a mild to moderate disability attending school. Leisure program at Tuggeranong for people suffering from a mental illness provides activities such as art , chess etc.
Uniting Care Ageing South Eastern Region Day Care/Wellness Mininjani
Day Care Program, Daytime respite service for carers, consisting of programs targeting the needs of the frail aged in particular those who are socially isolated or have a diagnosis of dementia. Wellness Program, Australian Government Initiative that provides a range of therapy services to older people in the community, While promoting self independence. These programs are run by qualified and experienced aged care staff. Mirinjani Village operates these programs based at Minns Place, Weston.
Uniting Care Mirinjani Retirement Village
Provides four bedsitters, and 44 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom self-care units. Mirinjani also offers a Day Care Program for the frailed aged, or have a diagnosis of dementia and are socially isolated.
WESTON CREEK
The Eddison Day Club
The Eddison Day Club is a friendly and caring group who really make a difference for seniors in our local community. Each club provides social and activity opportunities for older people, mostly still living at home, but who are unable to attend more active programs offered in their local community. Woden Valley RSL Sub-branch Inc sponsors the Eddison Day Club in the Woden-Weston Creek area and is supported by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
