KU Starting Points Macarthur is an educational support program for families who have a young child with a disability and/or developmental delay. The program includes integrated support and play sessions, an early intervention pre-school operating on Tues and Wed, home visits, family mornings and fathers groups. Staff consists of early childhood special educators, psychologist, councillor, speech pathologist, untrained workers, volunteers and administration support.

The Community and Recreation Group of Albury City provides a range of services for the Albury Community, including Albury Family Day Care Scheme, Banjora Children's Centre, Out of School Hours Service, Safety and Youth Officer, Disability and Age Officer, Youth Development Officer, Aboriginal Liaison Officer.

The Albury Community Service Centre provides information on and referral to community services. Also offers food vouchers and foodbank. A no interest loans scheme is available for new household items.
Albury Mercy Palliative Care Creative Living Centre
Service aims to enhance a person's quality of life. Flexibility & variety is offered for needs of the individual. Designed to provide the following: carer respite; linking inpatient, outpatient & community care; opportunities for social, everyday, creative & expressive activities; hand & foot aromatherapy massage; access to pastoral care/loss & grief support; access to nurse support; special entertainment events (advertised monthly). Family members are also welcome to attend these events. Main meal or a sandwich can be ordered before 10am if attending over lunch time, or can bring own.

Albury Wodonga Parents and Babies Unit
The Parents & Babies Unit provides effective, practical support and strategies that enable mothers and fathers to confidently manage the challenge of early parenting. As parenting issues involve the whole family, partners or significant support persons are encouraged and welcome to attend. SERVICES PROVIDED: the unit can provide assistance and practical help with parenting issues such as: understanding your baby's behaviour, feeding management (including breast feeding or bottle feeding), introduction of solids and weaning, settling your baby, sleeping patterns, crying & unsettled behaviour, adjusting difficulties, parential fatigue, postnatal stress, uncertainty with your parenting role, postnatal depression & anxiety, relationship support. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: A parent help line is available between 9am and 4.30pm for parenting information, postnatal depression support groups, parenting education sessions, visiting psychiatrist, access available to an interpreter

Meeting times are 8pm Sunday at the Mercy Hospital in Kiewa St, Wednesday @ 12.00 at St Stephen's Church cnr Beechworth and Nilmar Ave Wodonga, Friday @ 12.00 at Christian Fellowship Ctr, 562 Kiewa St. Friday and Saturday evening Albury Base hospital @ 7.30pm, Sunday 10.30am 949 Burrows Rd Glenroy, Wed 8pm Church of God, 418 Urana Rd, Monday 6pm cnr Railway and Lawerance st Wodonga, Tuesday 8pm 418 Urana Rd Lavington. The CWA offers friendship, handicrafts, international and cultural work, service to the community, agricultural and environmental interests. CWA meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 10.00 am in the CWA Hall.

Neighbour Aid - Albury
The provision of social support, either in the clients home or in the community. Service is tailored to meet the needs of individuals and carers. Unable to offer services that are provided by other HACC programs. Services are provided by volunteers and can be a home visit to have a chat and a coffee or may take client out shopping or to appointments.
