The Oral Health Service of NSW provides care to NSW residents who meet the qualifying criteria. Because of high demand for the service, all patients wishing to use the service are assigned a priority code after completing a phone survey. Those with high priority oral health needs will be given priority appointments but may have to wait for some time. When contacting the service a current Concession card number and expiry date must be quoted. Medicare card & concession card must be presented at each appointment. Children must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Eligibility Criteria: Free oral health care may be provided to NSW residents who * hold a current NSW Health Care Card or other recognised concession card (DVA, Pensioner, etc) * are under 18 years of age attending full time school * All children under 5 years of age
