Multipurpose centre providing range of services to support frail aged and younger people with disabilities in the community
They transform a house full of boxes into a livable organised home in just one day. Home unpacking service unpacks all boxes, wipes shelves, puts everything away in a neat and logical order. Pre-move service will: clean and sort the pantry and refrigerator; Sorting and preparing items for different destinations; Whitegoods and appliances cleaned and prepared for moving. Staff are flexible, eg. experienced "staff mums" are happy to amuse a toddler if you need a couple of minutes with the removal supervisor. They have teams around Australia in all capital cities and some regional areas. Travel time will need to be charged in some cases.
Australian Relief and Mercy Services Ltd is a part of the Mercy Ministry - "Youth with a Mission" and have offices at various locations throughout Australia: Head office in Melbourne, Vic. The Community Development Programme evolved as a result of research into the needs of the Perth Community. People Who Care is an independent volunteer organisation assisting the frail aged and people with disabilities throughout the Perth Metro area. They are particularly funded through the Home and Community Care Program and are largely supported though volunteers. Updated November 2008

S.O.S. Supporting Our Seniors is a not for profit organisation made up of seniors helping those members of our community who are frail aged and /or people with a disability enjoy a sense of independence and peace of mind. As a not for profit community organisation run by volunteers, we are seniors helping seniors and people with physical disability. Any donations we receive are used to pay our volunteers out of pocket expenses, the purchase and replacement of tools and administration costs. All donations to our organisation are tax deductible. Services on offer for example: Flyscreen Repaired, Door & frame repaired, Rods in windows, Move furniture around, Clean gutters, Change tap washers, Patch crack in walls, Hanging pictures/prints up, Relay pavers, Repair clothes line, Wash windows, Pruning, Weeding, Cut back shrubs/bushes, Painting, Install smoke alarms, Home safety assessments, Plus much, much more.

General Home and Community Care Services to support frail aged and people with disabilities within the community
Provides a range of care, compensation, and defence support services to members of Australian defence & veteran force communities, war widows, widowers and their dependents. Available services may include entitlement cards (gold, white, orange, pensioner concession card or seniors health card), carer support (financial, emotional and practical information), community nursing, respite care, personal care, podiatry, transport, counseling, domestic assistance, home and community care, home and garden maintenance including homefront (1800 801 945), psychology services. A doctors referral is required for occupational therapy assessment to access the rehabilitation appliance programme and physiotherapy. Updated April 2008
